Kenwood KM 105 does not click safety relay

I just got this KM105 Kenwood power amp, and its not clicking the safety relay.
However I tested the power transistors and they all tested OK.

Has anyone come across this amp killing the relay circuit ?
I plan on removing the relay cover and checking it.

But some prior experience from someone may help.

Is there a service manual or schematic I can find for this amp ?

I have the service manual for the KM-106, which is a close cousin. PM me with your EMail if you want me to send it to you.

On the other hand, you could junk the amp and keep the transformer for use with a DIY amp board...
