It depends what you mean by best 😉 It does well in a TL but they are large and need to be very rigid to work well. How many drivers do you have?
I have built the B139 in the Roger's Monitor as in the second post in this thread.
But colleagues of mine built the B139 in this:

The bass in the State of the Art is lower and more crisp than in the RM. Both designs have a complete absence of any weak spots in the audio or resonances. The RM is very indistinct, but never, ever disappointing.
