I got 2 tweeters KEF T27-A SP1032. Both are defect , infinite resistance at the coil. I removed the coil and see that the magnet is not centered on the faceplate, so that the coil stucked in the air gap on one site.
It looks to me, that the glue between faceplate and magnet was broken and so the misalignment between faceplate and magnet happened. which possibilties to center again faceplate and maget are available to make the tweeter work again. Any proposals out there?

Those magnets can be strong. I wonder has the coil been damaged. Has the former been bent? Has the coil been severed?
yes, i know they are very strong. the wires to the teminals were cutted and the coil was deformed. at disassembling. the coil was separeated from the dome. Before i can continue , i must find a way to center again the face plate with the magnet and fix it by clue.
