I recently measured the speakers to check them, and noticed that one of them developed a breakup at a very low frequency, 13khz.
2 years ago, when I bought them, this breakup was not there. Looking for possible aluminium dome or phaseplug defects, I found nothing different from the one that works well in the other speaker. I know that these tweeters use ferrofluid, perhaps it dried up in these 2 years? Because I can't find another explanation for this.

Looks more like a measurement artefact. Did you take several measurement sweeps, did you restart computer and check all connections etc?
