KEF MUO - diagnostic codes?

Hi, I have problem with Kef Muo BT wireless loudspeaker. The battery does not charge anymore and the LED indicator blinks 5 times in red and 4 (or 3) times in white repeatedly.

Does anybody know what the malfunction would be?

Perhaps it needs a new battery....How old is it ?

I am afraid the problem could be in the electronics as well - charger, controller, etc.
The battery is about a couple of years old.
If I can read the LED codes, I could know the cause.
