Looks like a mass-loaded taper TL with driver offset. The chamber at the end has too large an opening and not enuff damping to do a whole lot different than something analogous to the driver offset.

I'm sure from a certain angle, the last part of the line actually looks like the line increases (horn) rather than a continuation of the a taper. PWK often gives his enclosures interesting designations! As for damping material, for my car audio TL's, I never used anything. PWK doesn't seem to use any in his car or home audio speaker set up either. Sorry, he did use a smidge for his TL.

I think it's very clever packaging to get it all in place with no wasted voids.
It seems parallel for the last run. If you look at the dividers and try to figure out the CSA through the corners it seems like it is all parallel (the bottom section and tail of the TL). The top is obviously reducing.
