Kaneda Pre-amp?

I have been searching the net in regards to the original Kaneda Pre-amp using 2SK30GR, 2SA640 and 2SC984's.

Where can I source these components? If I cannot source these, is there an equivalent replacement? As good as or better than the original?

I am thinking about battery supply operation.... so what is current draw?

What is the voltage gain and output impedance?
