Just ordered my panel, a sharp qa-1150. Now what?

I am excited about the prospects of building a projector. I will be using a shuttle mini pc as my source.
I plan on upgrading the panel later, but I figured that:
I really wanted a good ohp for use with a 15" lcd later,
and I need a really good screen.
I can use this panel with those two parts , and when happy with that, i can upgrade to an lcd(like an nec 1760 because it is 15ms).

Any suggestions for:
1. OHP, then upgrading it?
2. Screen. Buy or paint on wall, or use foamcore.
