I see four IRFP240 HEXFETS / channel. It has probably a quasi complementary output stage. Not so easy to bias.
What do I think of this? Not a lot. It is all show and no practicality. Yes it may have HexFets, that will make the output stage logarithmic to match the human ear and no, they require very little effort to bias.

Perhaps the seller thinks "300B" is English for "very good name, push audiophile buttons, make lots of money for seller".
It appears to be a Class A single ended solid state amp - otherwise known as a room heater. It might sound nice, it might not. Nothing whatsoever to do with valve amps or 300B.
