I recently acqired some NOS Sylvania 1222a tubes (10 to be exact.) I've been told that these are military/industrial grade 6l6gc's w/21 watt plate dissipation instead of the gc's 19 watts. The pinout is different as well. Has anybody had any experience with these?? I'm thinking about modding my Bandmaster Blackface to utilize them. What do you guys think??
