JPEG CONVERTER INTO LAY

GREETINGS i am a new user using SPRINT PCB software is it possible
to convert jpeg files into lay files please any one know if its possible and what
software i need to convert files

Nope, but you can convert the JPEG to a bitmap and use it as a background, then manualy recreate the board by tracing the routes over the bitmap.

Hi Andrew,
I use Cadstar daily and ORCAD/Allegro occasionaly, when forced too.
Schematic Capture is for entering the circuit diagram, this should then transfer directly to the PCB layout part of the software.
I havn't used Pulsonix, worked mainly with Cadstar for 27 years now.
