I don't get it. If that is a coffee add, why is the guy smoking a pipe?
From Wikipedia:
"Boss is known for its aggressive campaigns using a jacket nicknamed Boss Jan (BOSSƒWƒƒƒ“?) as a promotional item"
Maybe I can sue them for using my name without permission? Maybe I will get rich after all !😀

I surmise that the individual pictured is intended to represent the "boss" grower, the plantation owner, a relaxed and satisfied man watching his native indentured "workers" slave in the sun for "beans" while he puffs away on his pipe while sitting high up in a cool location...
Yah, that's my type of coffee!!
<start on topic content> Btw, the "boss" is an avid Diyer and has an excellent stereo system, mostly home built - and owns an actual Blowtorch preamp that he purchased from a Japanese gentleman on his last trip there... <end on topic content>

You need a dose of "Lost in Translation". The Boss is rumored to be Ernest Hemingway, using famous westerners to sell is common in Japan. There is one can with the boss driving an old roadster.
Just imagine Tommy Lee Jones saying "Drink it Black!".
Sorry PMA back to open-loop linearization. Edmond that third technique is not optimum without the same considerations so what we have already is the best bet. For observers, what we are striving for is a linearized open-loop signal path to eliminate this source of dreaded PIM.
Looks more like Gregory Peck as Joey Mengele in Boys from Brazil.
(they've got an awful lot of coffee in Brazil)

Very good guns...once had a pair of 12g single triggers with the lightweight (rounded) action.
Tres 😎
Don't know too much of Mr Hemingway other than 'The Old Man and the Sea': in retrospect I can see many trying to bring J.C. to land strapped to the boat as a trophy. If I had those Boss guns I would be tempted to have a few trophies of my own!!😀 😀

Obvious, ain't that?

Thread hits. I just bumbed it up to 1118210.

Looks like we need a new topic for discussion, hmmm .... well I'm curious about the difference between vertical and lateral mosfets. I know the laterals have lower C's and higher on resistance. But what specs are desireable for say a power amp output stage. Or a gain stage. And it seams most power mosfets are designed for switching applications. Are these very linear? Do you just test them with a curve tracer, to find the most linear ones? I can't afford a curve tracer unfortunately.

Apparently JC moved his personality and design ideas here. I guess PMA is trying to suggest that "we" had an agenda to determine JC to leave this forum.
