Have been unable to use the website properly since trying to upload some files this weekend. It keeps flitting about and won't upload a file. Gets to the infamous 96% and stops.
Don't seem to be able to ask the online support either.
Anyone having any issues. This on an android phone. Have tried different browsers.
Get all these errors come up.
Cheers

Android or iPhone? That said if different browsers are giving the same problem, clearing the cache might not solve it...

I'd try a pc instead. Sometimes sites behave differently for mobile connections. Some stuff just doesn't work or works differently.

You're confident the file is ok?

I have been having increasing difficulty logging in and uploading PCB files to JLCPCB, the last several orders have been problematic and tonight I tried to order boards and got "unauthorized" and error 502 etc. JLCPCB used to be a reliable supplier and the site easy to use and well thought out, but lately it mostly doesn't work for me - multiple computers, different browsers, all the same errors. Anyone in the EU or Canada able to confirm they are able to log in normally and use their site? These are the sort of tactics I would expect if they wished to push customers residing in a certain part of the world away.

The other options are much more expensive, but I set up an account with PCBWay and also considered just ordering the boards from Oshpark until I saw the price. (I might still)

Well.... strange behaviour to me too a minute ago.
Tried to log on and put in username and password and marked the "Chapta" "I´m not a robot" / enter = error 502
Tried again and had to mark chapta once again. Said "login" at top.
Refreshed the page and voila..... showed my username = logged on.
Summa summarum.......... NOT stable as of now.

I ordered a whole bunch of boards (over $400) from them in February with no issue. All were reorders, so no file transfer was necessary. There was an issue with a small order of three different test boards last December, resulting is several email exchanges. It turned out that the screw-up was on my end. One of the boards was not what I saw on my very old pre Farnell - Autodesk version of Eagle (5.11). Again, the screw-up was mine. For a $5 batch of boards, I didn't check the actual Gerbers. One was screwed up. Just how that happened is still a mystery. Since my boards are above a certain size, both Farnell and Autodesk require the pro version of Eagle which is now a yearly subscription that is well above my budget.

I just logged in and the site still shows all of my old orders. I'm laying out some new single stage test boards now, so I'll find out soon if it still works for me.

There were definitely problems with the site as recently as yesterday. I ordered a couple of boards and by the time I went to confirm the layouts I could not get to any parts of my account. The site threw 502 errors every time I tried to do anything. However, the site is operational now.
