Hello everyone, I need some guidance on diagnosing this jl audio rd500/1. It has a burnt R118 resistor (10ohm), i have tested the all the mosfets and diodes test good, im fumbling my way through this without any schematics any help would be appreciated.

Did you try replacing the 10 ohm resistor?
If so, what changed?
What circuit is the 10 ohm resistor in?
PS and output stage driver ICs?

Thanks for responding, I changed the 10ohm resistor, amp powered up for a few seconds and the resistor burned up again. Resistor is in the PS, all the output stage driver IC tested good.
Ps Im waiting on a variable dc power supply to arrive before continuing troubleshooting.

I asked the questions about the driver ICs because I'm trying to find something similar. I still need that information unless someone else can help.
In the PS where? Is it supplying voltage to the PS drivers like in the old JL 500/1?
