If the common connection point of that IC also goes to the supply pin of a driver IC, I'd guess that that's a 10 ohm resistor.
I've seen the HIP2101 in some JL amps but neither the IR or the HIP2101 seem to work in the configuration I expected. The older amps used the 4427 driver and the resistor/capacitor connected to pin 6 of that IC would make sense. If the IR2101 is original, I can't help.
