Is it on signal sense on?

If so, switch it off.

If that's not the problem, post the voltage on all of the pins of the 10 pin connector as labeled below.

Guess I’m tired .

I switched signal sense off .

There are no outputs in the amp right now .

When I try powering the amp up the green light pulses and you can hear the amp trying to start it cycles over and over .

Would no outputs in the amp cause this ?
