It could definitely be the problem. It's unlikely that the 47k ohm resistors have burned open but sometimes the terminals delaminate and cause the resistor to appear to be open.

Good News! I replaced the two resistors and the lights now come on. I tested, and now all channels work. Thank you very much Perry for your input.
