Ok got the preamp board that belongs on the amp..
Amp will power up and play audio but as I increase the gain the output decreases ..
Also I notice a squealing sound thru the test sub..
If I touch any switches or pots I can get the test sub to suck in almost like there is DC across the speaker terminals ..
Any ideas where to start checking ?

The signal source is grounded to the 12 volt power supply..
I've tried 3 different preamp boards and still have the same result ..
With the RCA's plugged in or not plugged in the amp the amp does the same thing ..
When I increase the gain on the amp or increase the head unit volume the amp will decrease in output and is very distorted ..
Also if I move any squtched the sub will suck in ..
