Pull one leg of the thermistor.
Does the LED go out?
Does the resistance of the thermistor change significantly when heated or cooled?

If I pull 1 leg of the thermistor the led goes out .
At room temp I get readings in the k ohms if I freeze it then I get readings in the mega ohms if I hear it I get like 4K ohms but at room temp I get 100k ohms .
So yes it changes a lot when hearing and cooling

I think it should be 150k at room temperature. 100k may be OK since it's hard to get it precisely at room temp (25C).
Do you have 150k worth of resistance that you could substitute for it?

Do you know if a good replacement for the irf3707?

Did you have the FETs clamped?
The newer amps use the IRF3709Z with 22 ohm gate resistors.

I found a bad connection on the gate resistor and I must have hit it just right when I was messing with the thermistor .
I have to replace all 24 now correct ?

Technically, all parallel have to match. It probably wouldn't hurt to replace only the 6 in that group. It's your call.
Can I use the non Z version ?
Since mouser only has 1 of the z version and digikey doesn't stock them
