This amp has SSP45N20B's as the outputs.. Someone has replaced only 4 out of the 8 of them so the date codes do not match..

I cant seem to find replacements for theese ..

Wondering is there a good cross to theese outputs??

Main board is marked REV 3

Preamp board is marked REV 2

They say they have 0 stock on theese and can cross reference a part but not sure if this amp will like the new parts they suggest..

So thats why i was asking if someone knew a good cross to the SSP45N20B's

oh, my bad..skimmed over the "call" in the pricing... i assume stp40n20 is what you are looking at for replacement? i cannot say much other than the datasheet says that it can handle more power, lower gate charge, and quicker switching. all i have for jl is a 250/1 that uses irf640's, if i remember correctly, and a tma 500 i haven't opened yet. with as many jl threads i've seen, i would hope someone knows for sure..

I've used the IRFB31N20Ds in a few and didn't have any problems with them. I think I may have used the IRF3415s in some of them. If you use a substitute, test it thoroughly before returning it to the owner.

Thanks I will have to order some for the amp and try it out..

DO you happen to have a pic of the board around the area of U801 theres a smd resistor burned up and the 33 ohm resistor is also burnt ..

Im needing the value of a couple smd resistors in that area

DO you happen to know the value of the SMD resistor that the arrow is pointing to ..

Also are both theese resistors 33 ohms The large leaded ones ?
