No there does not appear to be referencing non-bridging terminals. I did find one rear channel 1000u25v rail cap out of tolerance but changing all of that size caps did not help. I think it was out of tolerance due to running higher than rated rail voltage on the positive side.
Measuring directly across the terminals of the rail caps, do you get the offset?

I agree and I've just verified. On one of the 1000u25v caps I have +33.4v, and on the other I have -17.5v.
When the front/rear channels are driven to clipping, does the offset remain?
Are you supplying the amp with enough 12v supply current?
