So I just got in another JL 1000/1 rev 11, guess it’s been sitting a few years since owner sent it to Ohio, got it back, only lasted an hour 🥴
What are considered the best updated replacements for this amp/revision?
What are the stock FETs for this amp, and are those preferred?
In the process of gutting it now, both sections blew/melted 🤯

I am having a hard time finding any 3707/3709 FETs anywhere, I did however find the FSP52N20. I was reading other posts about replacements and some say the 3205 is ok, but I just read a post where you said the 1000/1 uses logic FETs or something so the 3205 isn’t good for the 1000/1 power supply, is that still the case? what would be the next best option in your opinion?
