The one that failed is the same as the one in front of it, 6.8uF, 160v, 5%.
Mouser and digikey have possible replacements but you'll have to have the dimensions to choose the correct replacement part.

I am wanting to replace all 3 caps and both resistors. Do u have any links to the ones on digi?
Did you measure the original cap (including pin spacing) and go to the digikey site and look for film capacitors that were the same value and dimensions?
What exactly are you having trouble with?
a) the size?
b) the value?
c) the cap material?
d) Digikey's search form?
e) all the above?
I see that cap available in 2 different sizes on digikey right now. Same manufacturer too.
