Jfet Models

I have been playing around with LTspice jfet models and have a couple of 8ma IDSS for someone to try out.I simulated them and compared the results to the Toshiba graphs and after some tweaking they seem to agree with the Toshiba 8ma curves quite well.If interested try them out and let me know what you think.I'm just a backyard mechanic but I enjoy fooling around with this kind of stuff.

Lsk’s were developed by Linear Systems specifically to replace Toshiba JFETs. Mr Pass actively participated in the testing iirc. You probably know this already, but they should measure very similar indeed
