maybe it`s time to round off this discussion with the conclusion: avoid paralleling devices. Imagine Karajan conducting differently skilled musicians playing bagpipes. They wont`t play in unison.

Thanks Hannes! Just started reading part 2. BTW, a 0.3mA variance allows me to use three times more jfets in my stash than I thought I could.
