Nope. I think that the tweeters installed in the ti10k are the second one you've indicated.

This one is the original, and is from FOCAL, not from Audax

After measuring the 2 tweeters, the DC gave 6.7 ohms and 7.1 ohms

conclusion; they are 8 omhs Audax
