JBL driver polarity

aquired a pair of Jbl Le 25-4 tweeters and polarities are not marked on the terminals? is the regular male spade the positive or is the female (the one that is like what is usually on the wire you plug onto the driver with) the positive? any help from any of you Jbl guru's is appreciated! thanks

Female post should be positive but have a look at this thread (Lansing Heritage) discussing this matter. JBL did have a polarity convention opposite to the industry standard.
