hi im having problemss when it comes to adjusting the quiescent. when i measure accross the 580ohm resestor i get 36v, and the output of the speaker out is 10mv. all the problem findig mesurments are within 10%. ive taken the 200ohm vr1 tested with multimeter works fine so i put it back on and still no adjustment over the restor. im very new to this and need help.

i pluged it all up any way and have a quiet but distorted noise and cant change the volume (stays at the same level)
