I joined to share my experience with 3 way active open baffle speakers I put together. The DSP Amp is from http://acoustas.com
The mid-high driver is kinda deep in the well there. Sure it shouldnt be flange-flush to the front of the baffle board?
No, first time with open baffle. Sounds good but I’m sure it’s not perfect. Going to build another with 15 and 18 next, but will want bigger amp. I still use a dedicated 15 inch subwoofer for 50hz below.
Please note this solution.but will want bigger amp.

I picked the back and flared as best I could, taking care not to lose too much wood for the mounting screws to fasten into.Either you have the duct on the front or on the back - pick your poison.
Like I said, appears deep in the well or "duct", without a flair of any kind. My assumption is that's not ideal. Just thought I'd mention the observation in case OP didnt know. Which - another assumption - just might be the case, as construction proceeded to the finish line that way.dogma
Another assumption - we're here to help, as well as learn. If someone posts a picture and you see something that may be a bit off, point it out.
