in an iso-barik configuration in a 1.0 cu ft box with a 2.5X19 inch port tuned to 25hz just thought i would ask anyone what they thought and if it would be worth it using mostly for home theatre usage

... QTS of .39 indicated good for ported or maybe sealed but otherwise not what I would be looking for....
I might suggest a larger driver, a dayton DVC in a 8" or 10" would still give you 2 x 8ohms but I think a better response, and also cheaper then 2 of those.

for the price of 2 of those you could get the 8"TB woofer from parts express...
I really doubt those will work very well for HT usage...MAYBE in a 2way speaker but not as a sub...
You will be much happier with the TB woofer (w8-704c) from partsexpress.
If you want a cheaper option then there is always the mcmelectronics version of the tbwoofer. Its an 8" high excursion...
I can't remember the part number off hand...but it was 30ish bucks iirc
