I heard the B&W top of the range speaker in Bangkok, with Halcro amps in an expensive set up, playing the Jazz in a Pawnshop XRcd.
My WWMTMWW and my NaO better it in my opinion.

There is a search button on the home page. Anyway, some results :

Rod is usually very accommodating in showing off his Orions 😀

I wish I had even that size !
5m x 8m with 3m+ ceilings would be real nice size !! Which I might add, is exactly the size my classical loving father designed into both his last houses !!!
some pics of my room

You can purchase the plans plus a license to build them for your own personal use from Siegfried for $170 plus an additional $100 for a pair of cross-over boards.
Roughly 60 hours and $2000 (for drivers, electronics, and wood to build the cabinets) later you have a finished pair of Orions. That worked well for me.
If you have less time you can buy an assembled cross-over, flat pack of cabinet parts, or even assembled cabinets.
After paying the $2000 does that get you the ATI power amps and equilizers?

That's enough to construct speakers + active cross-over/EQ and buy the recommended 120V external power supply for the cross-over.
The power amplification is separate. SL can sell you the 12 x 60W ATI for $1650 although there are other options.
I've run 3 Adcom 545ii amps with the woofers in parallel (2.5 Ohm minimum) which should run ~$600-$700 total on the used market, other people have used UCD amps, LM3886 based designs, the 8x40W Rotel, or 2 Adcom 2535 amps at 60Wx4 channels with good results. A tripath design might be interesting.
Amplifiers in the 60W into 8 Ohm range are a good idea for the bass channels if you're not crossing to sub-woofers in the 40-50Hz range (LR4) because they'll clip before the woofers bottom.
Amplification is not critical especially if separate channels are used for each woofer.
