Is Toshiba 2SC5172 and 2SA1930 going EOL in 2013 ?

I notice that Toshiba has put a Not recommened for new design on 2SC5171 and 2SA1930. Will they stop producing these in 2013 ??

Any recommendations for replacement of these ?
