Is this unballasted lamp any use?

I've discovered this range of mercury lamps, which apparently require no ballast

Does anyone know if they'd be any use in a projector?
I know it's not a point source, and the colour temp might be a bit low, but at the price...

the 250W (largest) is not even close to adequate:
3400 Kelvin
5600 Lumens

Keep looking. There's probably lots of great bulbs out there for projection that haven't been used yet. You might find one if you keep looking. Or go with one of the many standards.
