Is this the same as a Lilliput 7" XGA? #2

Just browsing the net and came upon this thing on ebay but it has too many resolutions so I cant figure it out. Is it the same as the Lilliput XGA? Also how about stripping?

That's the native resolution.

Not sure about stripping, but the resolution should be the same:

Physical Resolution 800 (H) x 480 (V)
Dot Resolution 2400 x 480 = 1,152,000 (dots)

The specification looks similar to the INNOVATEK VG700.
