A picture of the back in an eBay listing shows the code BC20SC21-08, which suggests Tymphany, ex-DST, in turn ex-Vifa / Peerless. The latter were Danish brands but I believe Tymphany now manufactures all its drivers in China.

I can't find a Vifa / Peerless / DST / Tymphany driver with that code, so it's probably an OEM unit.

Which is indeed a "Peerless by Tymphany" driver. This may be something similar but with a different flange and in 8 ohms (the - 08 at the end).

On second thought, without the short waveguide and with what looks like a ferrite rather than Nd magnet, even if it's the same fabric dome, don't expect a similar response or efficiency...
