Is this polarized capacitor reversed?

Hi, I found an amplifier on the Elliott Sound website, I believe that the polarized C3 capacitor is inverted, can anyone tell me if it's okay or not. What is r15 used for? 10 ohm is not too low a value?

Nope, that schematic is correct.
On a genuine ESP P3A board, that is the polarity of C3A relative to ground.

Probably not. The voltage across will be close to zero but could be slightly negative.

R15 at 10 ohm is a standard value for an output stage Zobel network.
