I got few experiance on differentiate PNP and NPN transistors, but I got a transistor that doesn't same with other transistors that I bought, I got no idea that is PNP or NPN transistor, I was suspected it was a MOSFEET, but I really don't have any idea how to differentiate MOSFET TR, anyone know how?
