That looks just like my QA-2500, so you're ok. Welcome to the club. It's a great panel, contrast is not as good as an LCD panel, but I can't complain about the installation.
Did you get a remote or power supply with yours? I'd love to know what functions the remote has.
Be aware that if you are building a power supply, the picture of the pins that is in the manual is incorrect.

For remote control functionality you might want to look on http://www.lirc.org , I couldn't see any codes for the QA-2500 but I might have been looking in the wrong place. If you can get hold of the codes then building a DIY remote sender is pretty easy in either windows or Linux.
