Is this a "fixable" issue???

- got a line on a Sharp 1500 LCD Projection Panel that does not display a video source in the lcd, but displays the source on a monitor connected to it.

Can this be fixed??

Of course it can, but it's probably not worth it - panels are pretty much obsolete these days, and can be picked up very cheaply.
We'd need more information to help you find the fault if you want to try, though.
