Now I can't buy 3886 chips. Can I use lm4766 tda7293 lm1875? Can the lm318 be replaced by opa1612, a modern low distortion amplifier? Can you recommend a circuit that can work normally? I don't want to use the recommended circuit in the manual, because I've done it. The timbre is too ordinary.

This is not really the case. It is a composite amplifier, where the lm318 acts as correcting element. Just look for "composite amp" on diyaudio.Here, the function of the 3886 is to buffer. All voltage amplification is responsible by the previous lm318.
It is very strange circuit here.Unesesary complicated. lm3886 works as howland current pump(current drive). But then lm318 makes all circuit back to valtage drive amplifier. Because it sounds better and has lower THD.Lm3886 is already a great little amp, why so much complexity?

OPA1612 is a great op amp but the circuit needs to be properly compensated.
