I was wondering if any has tried or heard of anyone who has bridged 2 or more of the TDA2025 from ST, it doesn't say you can't. However this make ok to do either.

I can't see any reason why you can't bridge it, you can bridge any single-ended/grounded load amp. Just keep the load impedance 8 ohms or higher.

Yes when you bridge, each side of the bridge sees half the load impedance, i.e. with an 8 ohm speaker each side sees 4 ohms. Therefore you must use the 4 ohm supply voltage (which will be lower than the 8 ohm one) when you bridge.
