Is there a Warpspeed optocoupler standalone Balance Control?

Hi Everyone, My first post!
I have been searching around this site for a solution but cannot seem to get the info so I am hoping to get some guidance.

I need a standalone balance control without any volume control, preferably a Warpspeed optocoupler one as I read great things about it.

Against common wisdom I intend to install 2 center speakers (above and below screen). As my pre-amp only have one center channel out, I will create 2 mono channels using a Y-splitter with the 2 interconnects going into a 2 channel power amp. I need a balance control to shift the "image" of the center speaker so that it is at a height I desire which will not be at the middle of the 2 speakers.

Is there a ready assembled balance control unit from Warpspeed or anyone else or a kit which is an analog design. i dont think I am capable of putting together an optocoupler kit. I dont need any gain so a passive design will do unless it is the opto.

Thanks
