I split your post out to it's own thread. That one is for device measurements and pictures only.

Some new On Semi parts are better, but you need to specify your rail voltages and load impedance. Intended use can be improtant too.

Good question 😀

The best TO3 I have is 2SC1343, a 14MHz device (I have 20 of them).

What a shame, considering that my old Siemens BDY21-10 (in XO3 package) is minimum 30MHz.
