Is there a complementary FET for 2SK117?

I'm looking for a complementary FET for 2SK117.

Is there such an item? If not, can anyone tell me something close?

The 2sk117 has three grades, with three different Idss levels. Y 3mA, GR 6.5mA, and BL 14mA. Arguably there are suitable p-channel parts to act as complements for these three levels, especially the higher two. Which are you thinking of? What are you working on?

The 2sk117 is a discontinued part (although it's not too hard to get) without especially-attractive properties, and it might be better to chose a new n-channel part as well, and work from there. What do you think?

I'm on the same fruitless search as you. (That's how I found your post.)
I'd say "No" at the moment from my enquiries.

May I ask what project you have in mind? Are you trying to get a 'pair' to replace the other low noise Toshiba Fets whose part number escapes me at the moment.....the 74/170 ones....?

EDIT: Sorry, second part of your question......J201 and 2SJ103 might be worth exploring.
AmpsLab have a small range.....may be useful...I think they had some complementary pairs.
