I will do that today.
I have switched the output wires to the speaker terminals. So now right is weaker but the issue still very much there.

Right channel - its the louder one now after I swapped the output wires - 2.575V ac and 22.9 milli V DC.
Left channel - .353v AC and - 5.6 milli V DC.

I have a feeling the zobel played a bit of a part in it. It used to be 10 oclock for equal volume, Now its more like 3 or 3:30 - past 3 but before 4. 10 = 2 when sides are flipped. This is past it.

Zobel has been cut out and left open, and its back to the original wiring - left is left.
