Is it possible notebook(e.g.1394/USB) use PCI/e soundcard?

I would like to use notebook 1394/USB output to connect Lynx PCI soundcard. Is it possible?

Any adapter?

Is it easy to diy 1394/usb to PCI interference (not PCI to 1394/USB)?

I´m not aware of a USB -> PCI adapter, but if you own a more recent notebook with an ExpressCard slot there is an adaptor made by Eysys. It´s a ExpressCard controller card and a PCI expansion box for four cards: EX-1015
