To give an extreme example, you could replace your 100 mm round tube (good shape) with a ~90x90 mm square channel (good shape) or a ~10x800 mm rectangular channel (very bad shape).

You have a plan in your data sheet.
Port is referred as 2"x14.5", what's the same as saying that the internal diameter is 13.4 mm (for a surface of 141cm²).
Distance for length of the port would be the same or 22" as in the picture below.
2in = 5.0800cm
14.5in = 36.830cm
22in = 55.880cm
