Can you test these driver ic’s like you test the 21844S ?

Wondering since these ic’s are in a taramp I’m working on and the rest spraker thumps a few times and amp goes into protection

I don't have any tests for this IC. Maybe someone else will.

There’s an application note from IR I use as a guide, you can trace out the components and calculate the oscillating frequency. With these digital chips I tried mapping DC voltages but they differ from amp to amp.
