HI,
I'm looking to run 2x 200W RMS speakers with a Connexectronic IRS2092 Modular Amplifier. The 600W Version. I also want to use one of these in line with the circuit aswell. Connexelectronic
What power supply would be recommended??

Yeah, get the SMPS800R. The supply PCB you linked to plus the price of the transformer will cost about 50% more and take up more space + HEAVY.
Hi,
The SMPS Switch Mode supplys are what i was thinking of.

A transformer, bridge and smoothing caps is much easier to fix if it goes wrong.
An SMPS has a lot to go wrong.

That's a good point.
I don't so much mind the weight of linear as inefficiency, but I'm not clear on just what that is.
Any idea what idle and full power losses are with +/-60 V rails?
Average power is low, so I don't much care about the latter.

There is nothing inefficient about a linear supply.
A transformer is very efficient.
Its linear amplifiers that are inefficient. class AB is about 60% efficient whereas class d is 80%-90%
