I think the problem is with the choke. find t-106 in crown xti´s . What is the F of Oscillation.

im working in an amp like yours. I speak little english.

use any ultrafast diode will do, 3A and above . class D is not for newbie , no osc, no wave form , no inductance meter etc etc..... you just make everybody trouble to guess your probem.
